Job Summary

This is a key leadership opportunity for a Head of Technical Services to join the LWL-Klinik Hemer, a large and modern psychiatric hospital, starting January 1, 2026. The successful candidate will assume organizational and technical leadership of the technical workshops, supervising a team of 8 employees. Core responsibilities involve coordinating team processes, managing maintenance planning, creating budgets for ongoing operations, and driving the planning and implementation of climate-controlled site development projects. A strong focus is placed on ensuring strict documentation and adherence to operator obligations and specialized technical regulations (VOB, EnEV, UVgO). Candidates must hold a degree in Supply Engineering, Hospital Operations Technology, or a related field, coupled with several years of professional experience in a responsible position, strong project management skills, and proven leadership competence.
