Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join an expanding specialist team in Langenfeld, focusing on the full lifecycle development of embedded software for prototypes. The core responsibilities include developing embedded software using C/C++, implementing complex control algorithms, and controlling magnetic valves and sensors. You will be actively involved in defining product concepts, creating detailed specifications and requirements documents, and coordinating closely with internal R&D, sales, and external development partners. A critical component of the job involves conducting rigorous testing, commissioning, and optimization in close collaboration with the hardware development team, including support for validation and EMC tests. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Computer Science, possesses several years of experience in embedded software development (ideally with RTOS), and demonstrates strong knowledge of electronics and hardware integration.
