The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar, or a Master Craftsman qualification with substantial experience in rail infrastructure. Expertise in claim management, relevant regulations (VOB, VOL, HOAI), and proficiency in software like MS Project and iTWO are essential. This position requires strong analytical skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining a focus on quality, cost, and deadlines.
