Job Summary

This role is for a Solution Engineer specializing in Mobile Radio Parameter Planning, supporting AIRBUS Secure Land Communications in Ulm. The core focus is on the system engineering and design of safety-critical TETRA mobile radio networks. Daily tasks include supporting technical planning for the system renewal of nationwide Professional Mobile Radio (PMR) networks and creating detailed parameter plans for the migration of TETRA base stations and their connectivity. Furthermore, the engineer is responsible for the installation, integration, and commissioning of system software in projects, including monitoring and supporting external suppliers and subcontractors involved in the setup. The ideal candidate must hold a degree in Communications Technology or a related field, possess mandatory experience in communication or IT technology, and be fluent in both German and English. This position offers a secure, innovative working environment within the aerospace sector, initially as a temporary contract with a strong option for permanent takeover by the client.
