Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of IT to lead the digitalization efforts within the Real Estate Department. This pivotal role involves comprehensive leadership, both technical and disciplinary, over a team of 13 employees, driving the implementation of digital projects, particularly focusing on Building Information Modeling (BIM) logic. Day-to-day responsibilities include introducing and implementing a Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system, developing related software products (like AVA programs), and creating an integrated platform for all IT products in close collaboration with the central IT department. The ideal candidate will possess extensive leadership and project management experience, advising departmental leaders on digital matters, managing change communication strategies, and ensuring the entire department is equipped with necessary hardware and software. This is a crucial position for realizing the long-term goal of ecologically and economically sustainable property management.
Required Skills
Education
Completed scientific university education (Master/Diploma (University)) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Administrative Informatics, Building Energy and Information Technology, or a comparable field
Experience
- Long-term professional experience in leading major IT projects, ideally in the public sector and/or with a focus on real estate
- Long-term technical and disciplinary leadership experience
