Job Summary
This role involves driving the strategic development of process management concepts, methodologies, and steering instruments for Sparkasse Hildesheim Goslar Peine. The specialist will be responsible for steering the bank's process portfolio, deriving actionable recommendations for optimization, and ensuring regulatory compliance in process documentation, specifically utilizing tools like PPS_neo and RiMaGo. A significant part of the role includes coordinating with various departments, addressing process management topics, and acting as the Data Protection Coordinator, supporting technical departments in this area. Candidates should possess a degree in business administration or an equivalent banking qualification, coupled with robust experience in business process modeling, analysis, and optimization, as well as proficiency in data analysis and KPI steering (e.g., Excel).
