Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT support and system integration services for the SCHMALZ+SCHÖN Services GmbH, a key part of the international NTG Nordic Transport Group. The specialist will handle first and second-level support for client systems running Windows 11 and Microsoft M365, managing all support inquiries via email and phone, and ensuring timely resolution and communication with users. Key responsibilities include on-site support for hardware installation and cabling, managing network infrastructure (switches, VLANs), and maintaining IT security awareness within the corporate network. A strong background in Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, Linux Server systems, and virtualization (VMware) is required. The position also focuses on continuous process optimization, meticulous documentation, and ensuring compliance with organizational and legal regulations, making it a critical role in maintaining efficient logistics operations.
