Job Summary

This role is focused on advancing Optical Technology by driving the development of innovative optical processes suitable for various materials. A core responsibility involves the critical transition of these new procedures into stable series production environments, ensuring consistent product quality standards are met. The Research Associate will be responsible for comprehensive documentation, effective communication, and professional presentation of project results to both internal and external stakeholders. Success requires proactive collaboration with national and international expert teams and institutes, alongside the qualification and coordination of internal and external suppliers to optimize overall process workflows. Candidates must hold a completed degree in Physics or Engineering Sciences (a PhD is desirable) and possess strong communication, resilience, and teamwork capabilities, complemented by fluency in written and spoken English.
