Job Summary

This challenging role focuses on the development of concepts and components for high-voltage and low-voltage wiring harnesses, ensuring proper connectivity and supply within new automotive electrical architectures. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating concept alternatives with relevant interface partners, systematically capturing failure points on wiring harnesses, and managing complex requirements using DOORS. The engineer will also be responsible for supporting production ramp-ups at customer sites, conducting thorough failure analyses, and proposing optimizations related to vehicle packaging, cost reduction, and ergonomics. A successful candidate must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Vehicle Technology, or an equivalent Technician certification. Essential technical skills include proficiency in Siemens NX and e³ Series, coupled with strong communication and presentation abilities, and fluency in both German and English.
