Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious Research Associate to drive complex technology projects for FERCHAU's clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading process development initiatives, technically guiding a dedicated Research and Development project team, and developing integrated, cross-competency technical solutions. The Associate is responsible for defining measures to meet project goals, creating and updating schedules, cost, and capacity plans, and reporting on development status through regular reviews. Candidates must hold a successful technical or scientific degree, such as in Physics or Materials Science. While professional experience in developing optical systems and knowledge of technical team coordination are highly desirable, strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.
