Job Summary

This role involves supporting the pharmaceutical and life science sectors by specializing in the validation and qualification of laboratory equipment and computerized systems. The Lab System Specialist will be responsible for creating and implementing validation/qualification concepts and representing the department in cross-functional IT projects. A key part of the job is acting as the primary contact for technical issues related to laboratory devices, ensuring compliance with necessary regulations and technical standards. The role requires the candidate to guide the validation and qualification processes according to relevant internal and external guidelines, including GMP, and to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various departments. Ideal candidates possess a background in biopharmaceuticals, analytics, or technology, coupled with strong knowledge of analyzer hardware/software and pharmaceutical quality control requirements.
