Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Mechatronics Service Technician responsible for ensuring the optimal operational status of customer equipment. Day-to-day activities include performing detailed fault diagnosis, analysis, and subsequent repair of complex issues. You will be heavily involved in installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of mechatronic systems, along with providing essential technical instruction and training to clients. The ideal candidate must possess a background as a state-certified technician or have completed vocational training in electrical engineering or mechatronics, coupled with practical experience in technical service. Essential technical competencies include mechanics, electrics, and control/regulation technology, with basic PLC knowledge and experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, or automation being beneficial. This position offers an unlimited employment contract and requires a self-reliant, communicative, and customer-focused professional with excellent German and English skills and a willingness to travel to client sites.
