Job Summary
This role is ideal for an ambitious IT professional, either experienced or entry-level, looking to elevate technology solutions within a dynamic environment. As the central IT Service Desk Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for all user service requests and incident reports. Key daily tasks involve providing qualified First Level Support via phone and email for both hardware and software issues, acting as the crucial communication interface between users and advanced support teams, and meticulously prioritizing, classifying, and documenting all tickets within a specialized system. You will also be responsible for monitoring open requests and incidents, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Success requires a completed IT Specialist qualification (or equivalent), strong foundational knowledge of current Microsoft products and standard hardware, and a highly customer-friendly, service-oriented approach combined with excellent social competence.
Required Skills
Education
Completed training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or comparable qualification.

- Professional experience in Service Desk and First Level Support
- Strong IT understanding
