Job Summary
This role seeks an ambitious Project Manager specializing in Electrical Engineering to drive complex technical projects within the shipbuilding and marine technology sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include comprehensive project management for critical systems such as exhaust gas cleaning, ballast water treatment, HVAC, and generator systems. The manager will be responsible for defining project schedules and processes, overseeing implementation, coordinating suppliers, conducting quality assurance, and managing commissioning activities. The role requires generating project status reports and developing proposals for strategic decisions. The ideal candidate holds an Electrical Engineering degree (Bachelor/Master), possesses several years of relevant professional experience in shipbuilding electrical systems, and has initial experience in a project leadership capacity.
