Job Summary

This role involves working as an EMC Expert, primarily focusing on ensuring electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) compliance for small electrical devices. Day-to-day tasks include participating in EMC testing, specifically regarding circuit and PCB layout development, and the professional manufacturing of these devices. Key responsibilities also cover creating test setups, evaluating measurement results to determine interference variables, and designing and overseeing special measurements. A critical component of the role is drafting and reviewing EMC qualification reports, interpreting measurement data, and staying current with global EMC requirements. The expert will be responsible for guiding the necessary evolution of measurement methods based on changing standards and communicating new norms internally. This position requires a background in electrical engineering or a related field, deep experience in conducting EMC tests, and knowledge of general metrology and high-frequency (HF) technology.
