Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the seamless operation and availability of the IT infrastructure for leading providers and developers of IT solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange environments, providing essential First and Second-Level Helpdesk support, and actively configuring and maintaining the overall IT infrastructure. A critical component of the job is monitoring and executing backup and recovery procedures, alongside administering the client infrastructure. The ideal candidate holds a completed qualification as an IT Specialist for System Integration or a comparable degree, coupled with professional experience. Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments, server/client hardware, networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and ideally virtualization tools like VMware vSphere or Workstation, is required.
