Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced Electrical Technician or Master Electrician specializing in power electronics, focusing on the planning, management, and execution of service projects, particularly handling customer complaints and system malfunctions. The Service Technician will manage projects from quotation to invoicing, overseeing on-site service missions, including troubleshooting, repairs, and system modifications for existing switchgear, often traveling within Europe. Key responsibilities include ensuring timely project completion, coordinating with internal departments (Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing), supervising external contractors, and proactively suggesting product improvements based on customer feedback. The successful candidate must possess a strong background in electrical systems or switchgear construction, excellent problem-solving skills, fluency in German, and good English skills, coupled with a willingness to travel regularly.
