Job Summary
This role seeks a highly motivated Onsite IT Support Specialist to act as the primary technical resource for employees and customers, resolving hardware and software challenges directly at the workstation. The core mission involves providing direct user assistance, performing installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, and rapidly analyzing and resolving disruptions. The specialist will ensure seamless IT operations by collaborating closely with 2nd Level Support and contributing to exciting IT projects and rollouts. Ideal candidates possess a completed IT qualification and proven experience in IT support, coupled with strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments, networking fundamentals, and IT security concepts.
