Job Summary
NConsult GmbH, an innovative IT solutions partner based in Frankfurt am Main, is seeking a motivated 1st Level IT Support Specialist to be the primary point of contact for all IT inquiries. In this role, you will be responsible for providing quick and solution-oriented support for both software and hardware issues, managing incoming calls, and documenting all requests via support tickets. You will leverage your knowledge of Windows systems and basic network technologies to resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to the 2nd Level Support team when necessary.
