Job Summary

This role is ideal for a skilled IT professional specializing in system integration and technical support within the eHealth sector. The technician will be primarily responsible for executing complex software and hardware rollouts and service processes directly at customer sites. Key daily tasks include installing and configuring medical practice software, Windows operating systems, and managing Microsoft Client/Server environments on various devices (servers, notebooks, desktops). Furthermore, the role involves providing technical support to users via phone and remote maintenance, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues efficiently. Candidates must have a background as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VPN, Firewalls), and familiarity with Microsoft products. Experience in the medical technical support environment is a significant advantage, making this a pivotal role in the digitalization of the healthcare system.
