Job Summary

This System Engineer role is critical for the administration and continuous development of the Dynatrace Monitoring environment within an internationally successful family company focused on helping people. The core responsibilities involve managing the Dynatrace platform, including configuration, user management, and optimization of the monitoring landscape. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for Development and Operations teams regarding Dynatrace queries, provide internal coaching and training on monitoring topics, and support incident resolution using centralized monitoring tools. Key requirements include a background in IT system integration or a comparable qualification, along with several years of experience in setting up and managing monitoring environments. While Dynatrace knowledge is beneficial, comprehensive training is provided.
