Job Summary

This role involves the independent planning and leadership of air and climate technology projects for a leading engineering firm specializing in Technical Building Equipment (TGA), focusing heavily on energy and building technology. The Project Manager will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, including CAD-based design and on-site construction supervision, alongside the complete commercial and financial processing of the projects. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Building Energy and Environment or equivalent engineering qualification, possesses a Class B driving license, and demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, punctuality, teamwork, and a self-reliant, customer-oriented approach.
