Job Summary

This role places you at the heart of Berlin's public innovation, working within the CityLAB's Prototyping Team to develop cutting-edge digital tools and web applications for public administration and urban life. Day-to-day, you will independently conceptualize, develop, and deploy full-stack solutions, utilizing modern web technologies like TypeScript, React, and Node.js, alongside robust backend tools like PostgreSQL and Docker. A core focus is on Artificial Intelligence, requiring you to build scalable AI agents, optimize Machine Learning methods, and specifically work with Large Language Models (LLMs) using frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. You will ensure data privacy compliance in all AI applications and drive the introduction of AI technologies and process automation into public services. Key requirements include a relevant university degree, a minimum of two years of professional experience in AI application development, and fluent German (C1).
