Job Summary

This role involves critical fixed asset accounting tasks for the City of Laupheim, focusing on maintaining accurate financial records and supporting year-end processes. Key responsibilities include activating assets under construction, performing depreciation runs, and ensuring the reconciliation between the general ledger and fixed asset accounting. The accountant will also be the primary contact for complex valuation and balancing inquiries, coordinate the annual inventory process, and contribute to the optimization and digitalization of accounting workflows. Candidates should possess a relevant university degree (e.g., Business Administration) or equivalent advanced commercial qualifications paired with significant professional experience. Required Skills
