Job Summary

The SAP Service Owner will be responsible for managing and delivering all SAP services within the SAP Competence Center of a major university hospital. This role involves steering complex processes, ensuring high service quality, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs). Key responsibilities include close coordination with technical and functional application managers to ensure seamless system functionality, supporting the implementation and optimization of SAP S/4HANA (Cloud Private), and developing further SAP services based on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification, coupled with several years of professional experience in SAP services, particularly within the SAP S/4HANA environment.
