Job Summary

This role is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional in electronics or mechatronics to step into a leadership position as Production Manager within a stable, internationally operating family company. Daily responsibilities include comprehensive production planning and control, continuous analysis and optimization of work processes, and ensuring optimal workplace and resource management. A core focus is maintaining high manufacturing quality, overseeing the maintenance of specialized machinery (crimping, welding), and driving the development and leadership of the production team. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background, a Master Craftsman or Technician qualification, and several years of leadership experience, coupled with a strong hands-on mentality and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. The position offers a permanent contract, competitive compensation (€56,000 - €68,000), 30 days of vacation, and the chance to contribute to the digitalization of a future-oriented manufacturing environment.
