This role involves acting as a dedicated IT Service Technician focusing primarily on client rollout and migration projects within a prominent company in Wolfsburg. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation, exchange, and configuration of various IT equipment such as PCs, notebooks, thin clients, and mobile devices, strictly adhering to defined guidelines. You will also be responsible for performing software installations, updates, system adjustments, data backup, and thorough functional and quality testing. A key part of the job is documenting all activities in ticket systems and providing direct, on-site support to end-users during migration phases. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT education (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician) or equivalent professional experience, coupled with proficiency in Windows operating systems and basic networking knowledge.
