Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer specializing in industrial process control, based in Ludwigshafen am Rhein but primarily working independently on-site with the client in Worms. The core responsibilities involve creating comprehensive electrical documentation, including circuit diagrams, loops, and wiring schematics using EPLAN Electric P8. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from preliminary planning through to as-built documentation, including the layout and arrangement of control cabinets, subracks, and field distributors. Success requires strong technical knowledge in EPLAN Electric P8, familiarity with relevant norms and standards for Electrical, Instrumentation, and Control (EIC) documentation, and excellent communication skills for direct client coordination and technical clarification during commissioning phases.
