Job Summary

This role is designed for a skilled professional to support and maintain complex IT environments for clients, focusing heavily on Microsoft M365 solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing operational changes, providing ongoing support, and automating repetitive processes to enhance efficiency. A critical aspect of the job involves assisting 2nd Level Support colleagues with incident analysis and resolution, as well as actively participating in planning and implementing M365 customer projects, such as migrations to Exchange Online and implementing M365 IT security measures. The ideal candidate must have a completed vocational qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, and possess fundamental knowledge of administering complex Microsoft M365 environments. Experience with 3rd party migration tools (like Quest or CodeTwo) is highly desirable.
