Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Foreman to join a leading European service provider specializing in building, plant, and infrastructure technology in Hamburg. The role is full-time with the explicit goal of transitioning into a permanent position with the client company. As the Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for the technical leadership of electrical fitters, offering support and solving complex problems in coordination with project management. Key daily tasks include performing qualified fault analysis, executing dismantling and assembly work on plant components, managing material disposition, and coordinating all construction site activities. The successful candidate must possess a completed electrical trade qualification, several years of experience in electrical engineering (preferably industrial installation), and strong knowledge of control, plant, and automation technology. This role requires excellent communication, assertiveness, and a highly structured, independent approach to ensure quality standards and documentation requirements are consistently met.
