Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Specialist to join the North Brandenburg Correctional Facility (JVA Nord-Brandenburg) in Wriezen. The role involves the installation, administration, and monitoring of central and decentralized IT solutions utilizing both Windows and Linux systems, covering servers and workstations. Key responsibilities include managing user accounts and permissions, providing comprehensive user support (Helpdesk, training, documentation), and ensuring the functionality of communication technology within the facility. The ideal candidate will have a background as an IT System Electronics Technician or similar, possess proven professional experience in comparable tasks, and demonstrate strong analytical skills, expertise in Windows Server systems (Active Directory, Group Policies), and an understanding of IT security and data protection. This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary (TV-L E9a) plus a specialized institutional allowance, making it an attractive public service role.

Experience
