This role seeks an experienced Electrical Engineering Specialist to take on a leadership position managing building technical systems in Munich. The specialist will be responsible for the entire electrical engineering domain, overseeing the operation of building technical facilities, and serving as a Team Lead by creating weekly schedules for staff. A core function involves diagnosing and resolving system malfunctions and operating complex building management systems. Completed vocational training as Master Craftsman, Technician, or Engineer in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent qualification. Medium-voltage switching authorization is desirable.
