Job Summary

This role involves the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of modern IT and communication (ITK) systems, including associated software applications, specifically focusing on security systems. The technician will be responsible for conducting user training, providing technical consultation to optimize system environments, and creating comprehensive technical documentation. A key part of the role is the independent management of small projects, from initial planning through to final implementation. Ideal candidates possess a technical background in electrical engineering or information/communication technology, coupled with practical experience in network technology (WLAN, VoIP, Routing, Switching) and basic system administration in Microsoft and Linux environments.
