This role involves driving strategic procurement and supplier management specifically within the fields of Orthopedics, Traumatology, and Sports Medicine for the Hirslanden Group, Switzerland's largest medical network. You will be responsible for developing economic, streamlined supplier and product portfolios, including standardization efforts and continuous optimization based on defined metrics. A key component of the role is preparing and conducting high-stakes negotiations with suppliers, participating in national and international projects, and collaborating closely with clinical and corporate teams to achieve cost optimization. Furthermore, you will ensure strict compliance with Swiss medical device regulations (HMG/MepV). The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a medical or economic field, coupled with advanced purchasing qualifications, and possesses robust experience in medical functional areas. Strong analytical skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and proficiency in SAP MM are essential to succeed in this dynamic environment.
