Job Summary

This role is designed for an IT Operations and Systems Specialist who will ensure the stable operation of the company's IT infrastructure while actively participating in strategic modernization efforts. Day-to-day responsibilities include the comprehensive administration of Active Directory (users, groups, rights), managing the Sage 100 ERP system, and serving as the first and second point of contact for helpdesk tickets (approximately 10–12 per day). Key operational duties also involve hardware provisioning (PCs, smartphones), patch management for various systems, and backup monitoring, including regular restore tests.
