Job Summary

This role as a Production Planning and Control Specialist involves ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of manufacturing processes. Day-to-day duties include planning and monitoring the scheduling of production orders, carefully balancing capacities, resources, and material availability. You will be instrumental in optimizing workflows by creating and refining work plans, participating in Value Stream Analyses, and driving process improvements. A key part of the job is contributing to the planning and development of production lines, from initial layout design to the implementation of new procedures, alongside maintaining article master data. Candidates must hold a degree in Industrial Engineering, specializing in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and possess several years of relevant professional experience, specifically within the demanding Automotive sector. The ideal candidate is structured, independent, proficient with MS Office and ERP systems (SAGE Office Line is a plus), and thrives in a team environment, offering long-term job security and targeted onboarding.
