Job Summary
This Service and Support Technician role is crucial for a leading European family company specializing in mechanical and electronic locking systems. The successful candidate will primarily support the sales team during the pre-sales phase by projecting networked locking solutions, including associated software. A major focus is providing hands-on technical assistance to customers, covering the installation, commissioning, and configuration of electronic locks and their required IT components. Key responsibilities also include conducting training sessions for customers and partners, coordinating and executing service deployments for maintenance and troubleshooting, and meticulous documentation of all support cases. The role demands close collaboration with sales, product management, and development teams. Candidates must possess a completed technical education with a strong IT affinity, professional experience in technical support, and a solid understanding of network architectures and configuration. Fluency in German and good English skills are required, along with a willingness to travel for service assignments.
