Job Summary
This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd Level IT support within a European IT matrix, specifically focusing on the Alpenrind GmbH facility in Salzburg, Austria. The specialist will be responsible for managing and resolving hardware and software incidents, installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations and peripheral devices, and ensuring data quality within Helpdesk tools. A key aspect of the job is supporting IT infrastructure across the Austrian unit and participating in IT projects, including implementation and communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate has completed an IT education, possesses fundamental knowledge of common IT systems, and is willing to work in a production environment, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal communication to assist non-technical users.
