Job Summary

This role involves actively shaping and developing the global Integrated Management System (IMS) for a high-quality electrical connector systems manufacturer. The specialist will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and continuously advancing the global IMS and its assigned processes, including developing global policies, documentation, and conducting effectiveness analyses. A key component of the job is establishing and evolving a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) system to monitor corporate performance, preparing the Management Review, and overseeing its execution. Furthermore, the specialist will conduct internal, external, customer, and certification audits, while providing crucial support to international production sites regarding IMS process implementation and problem resolution. Candidates should possess a technical background, ideally in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering, coupled with professional experience, preferably in Quality Management or Process Development. Knowledge of key management standards like ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 is highly desirable, making this an ideal position for a detail-oriented professional seeking international collaboration and system optimization.
