Job Summary

This dual-role position involves managing sales and overseeing complex projects within the building technology sector for a leading German service provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing an existing customer base across industrial, commercial, and private sectors. Key daily tasks include the planning and coordination of major projects, such as large-scale maintenance, conversions, and expansions of heating, ventilation, and sanitary (HVAC) systems. You will manage the entire project lifecycle, from the initial quotation phase through execution and final billing. Additionally, the role requires performing essential office tasks, including quotation preparation, and acting as a vital liaison between customers and service technicians. Candidates must possess a strong technical background, preferably in plant mechanics or electrical engineering, combined with further qualifications as a Technician or Master Craftsman (Meister) in HVAC/Sanitary systems, along with proven experience in customer consulting and project management.
