Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated PLC Programmer eager to contribute to a growing automation technology company specializing in customized hardware and software solutions for international industrial plants and special machine construction. Day-to-day responsibilities include the independent programming of PLC controls, project support, and software development, primarily utilizing the SIEMENS TIA Portal environment. A key part of the job involves the commissioning of complex, fully automatic industrial and process plants, both in-house and at customer locations. Additionally, the role requires creating comprehensive technical documentation and providing essential service and training to operating personnel. Candidates must possess a successful technical background in electrical engineering and demonstrate strong foundational knowledge in Siemens PLC, bus systems, drive technology, and safety technology. The position offers a permanent contract, a friendly work culture with flat hierarchies, performance-based compensation, and the attractive benefit of a low travel requirement, with 0% travel being possible, alongside a 4.5-day work week.
