Job Summary

The Clinic Manager will play a pivotal role in the newly established Oberberg Specialist Clinic in Düsseldorf Kaarst, actively shaping its future, operational daily life, and overall growth strategy alongside the medical director and regional commercial director. This position requires overseeing and ensuring the smooth operation of all non-medical areas within the clinic. Key responsibilities include acting as the crucial link between central group functions and local operations, continuously analyzing and optimizing administrative processes, and initiating projects for site development and positioning. Furthermore, the manager will actively participate in budget planning, forecasting, and annual closing processes, preparing and interpreting key performance indicators (KPIs) to serve as the foundation for strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate possesses a background in Business Administration, Health Management, or related fields, combined with strong analytical, conceptual, and implementation skills, prioritizing economic efficiency, quality, and patient well-being.

Education

Completed degree in Business Administration (BWL), Health Management, Health Economics, or equivalent education/training with relevant further qualification.

Experience
