Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position involves serving as a Construction Manager and the Deputy Head of the Road and Bridge Construction division within the Traffic Infrastructure department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the construction, operation, and maintenance of the 476 km district road network. Day-to-day duties include preparing tenders and bids for road construction projects, serving as the local construction and project manager, handling billing and invoicing for completed works, and defining construction procedures and processes. A key element of the role is construction contract management.
