Job Summary

This critical role involves leading an engaged project team and directly contributing to the success of renewable energy projects, specifically focusing on wind power. The Team Leader acts as the primary interface between planning and construction execution, ensuring smooth project flow. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating all relevant construction processes, assisting with land acquisition for infrastructure (cable routes, access roads), managing complex building projects, and overseeing all aspects of construction execution, including supervision, acceptance, and billing. Key requirements include a technical degree or vocational training in civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering, 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, and strong knowledge of construction regulations (BGB, VOB, DIN).
