Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Professional Network Engineer passionate about developing and implementing complex hybrid WAN network solutions for clients within a mid-sized ICT company. You will manage the entire solution lifecycle, starting in the presales phase by evaluating customer requirements, creating detailed solution designs, and drafting specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include the conception and implementation of network solutions focusing on WAN/VPN, VoIP, and Security, acting as a key technical interface between customers, service providers, and partners. A critical component of the role involves managing and optimizing the security infrastructure (clients, servers, networks), providing active First and Second-Level support to the NOC team, and performing ambitious troubleshooting within agreed service levels. Success requires comprehensive Cisco expertise (CCNP certification) in IP networking, VPN, MPLS, and QoS, coupled with experience in server administration (Linux and MS Windows).
