HENSOLDT, a leading European defense and security technology company, is seeking an IT Project Manager to join the Information Management (IM) Project and Portfolio Management department. This role is crucial for successfully transforming and sustainably shaping HENSOLDT's IT landscape. Day-to-day responsibilities include independently leading and coordinating complex internal IT projects, managing interdisciplinary teams across various locations, and ensuring project delivery meets time, budget, and quality standards using standardized methodologies. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, possesses long-standing professional experience as a project leader or IT consultant, and is proficient in both classical and agile project management. Success requires strong analytical skills, a detail-oriented approach, and excellent communication abilities for international collaboration. This position offers the opportunity to contribute strategic decisions and act as a key interface between IM and HENSOLDT Business units.
