Job Summary

This PhD position within the Junior Research Group Precision Microbial Genomics (PMIG) at the Helmholtz Centre for Infection Research (HZI) in Braunschweig focuses on developing computational tools for analyzing longitudinal metagenomic data. The successful candidate will investigate the dynamics of the human microbiome, focusing on the emergence of genomic variants, horizontal gene transfer, and strain replacement over time. Required Skills
