This role involves leading the Quality Management (QM) and Hazardous Substances compliance efforts for a global supplier specializing in Life Sciences, Peptide Synthesis, and Drug Delivery. The manager will serve as the Quality Management Representative, responsible for organizing and advancing the QM system, including team training, managing CAPAs, change controls, and customer complaints, and conducting internal and external audits. A key component is ensuring Chemical Compliance, covering regulations like REACH, CLP, and the German Hazardous Substances Ordinance (GefahrstoffVO), and managing hazardous materials in storage, including explosion protection (Ex-Schutz). The ideal candidate must possess a university degree in Chemistry or a related field, significant professional experience in quality management, and fluent English skills to manage international responsibilities and customer inquiries.
