This permanent, full-time position in Düsseldorf seeks a qualified Civil Engineer or Technician to join a planning office specializing in urban and municipal water management. The role is central to the planning and rehabilitation of essential infrastructure, requiring a proactive and self-reliant professional. Day-to-day responsibilities include crucial tasks such as quantity surveying for new piping and channels, detailed redesign and planning of existing building channels, overseeing channel inspections, and evaluating complex inspection data to develop comprehensive rehabilitation proposals (new construction or partial renewal). You will also be responsible for planning shaft renovations. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant technician qualification, practical experience in civil engineering and open renewal techniques, and proficiency with specialized software like AutoCAD and Ariba, alongside standard MS Office tools.
