Job Summary

This role is critical for ensuring precise and transparent financial reporting and efficient project steering within a growing automotive sector company. The specialist will be responsible for monthly and annual IFRS reporting and financial data consolidation, supporting the preparation of annual and quarterly financial statements, and analyzing the company's financial performance. A significant part of the role involves initiating and leading projects focused on standardizing and digitizing processes across Finance, Controlling, Purchasing, IT, and HR. This includes optimizing existing workflows and implementing new, efficient solutions, leveraging expertise in ERP and Business Intelligence systems like Power BI and SAP. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Economics or Business Administration, strong analytical skills, multi-year experience in IFRS reporting, and excellent written and verbal English skills, contributing directly to informed decision-making and continuous corporate growth.
